| The csrss.exe is a process utilized by the Microsoft Client Server Runtime Server subsystem to manage a majority of the graphical instructions under Windows operating system. Its critical function is to control threading and Win32 console window features, such as creating and/or deleting threads, and implementing some portions of the 16-bit virtual MS-DOS environment. Threading is where the application splits itself into multiple simultaneous running tasks. Threads supported by csrss.exe are different from processes in that threads are commonly contained within the process, with various threads sharing resources within the same process. This process is a security risk and should be removed from your system." If this is true why do you recommend not dissembling it, is there not a more sure way to delete and reestablish it. Where is the whole the hackers are coming through? | |||

| My csrss.exe is in /??/C:WINDOWS/system/32. What is the signficance of the /??/ prefix? None of my other Win Sys 32 file seem to have it. Does this make it dangerous? | |||

| Don't end it because your pc need it. don't believe me then go and look in system32 you will see it in that file. | |||
