Recommendation:
The MediaAgent.exe process is not an essential file to the computer system. Disabling it or enabling it depends on the whether you use OpenCASE Media Agent or not.

This program is part of NBC's service true, but it also maxes out your tcp connections wreaking havoc on your machine and network. Avoid.

Major problems with the application. Used 50M of memory and used a lot of internet bandwidth. I would not install this application.
