| This is required for Direct TV video streaming to your computer. My folks have Satellite/phone/internet package, so rather than pay for an extra satellite receiver I use the online account for TV and movies. It sucks to have it running, but quality commercial free video with optional theatrical release PPV is nice to have. DTV online is included at no charge, so You need this if you watch DTV. | |||
