Part of TAOBAOPROTECT - something that appears very difficult to remove. Each time the folder is removed, it re-appears. The program does not exist in the programs list, there is no removal process available. Taobaoprotect is considered by some sites to be spyware - I'm inclined to agree, given the trouble removing it.
