| I find it rather odd that this code is creating 2-4% of sustained CPU load and uses 14MB of RAM whem no webcam is connected nor has been since the computer was turned on. IMHO either it's really poorly written code wasting RAM and CPU cycles looking for a camera, or it's up to something. | |||

| I don't find that iot is required. i exit the process but not the process tree. It is for my webcam but I'm not sure why my system crashes on the cam. I have loads or ram, and speedy memory is clean. I have no bugs and this camera crashes programs. It's a cheap cam. I'd like to find one that does not use this application. It runs when my cam is not on. I'd like a better cam anyhow. | |||
