| Now that Win XP and older OS's are no longer being supported this service has lost most of it's usefulness... if you are using older OS's. For serious problems affecting all OS's it might still of value. | |||

| if something crashes, this is what generates the error report thats sent to Windows. It's there for Microsoft's info gathering and really doesn't do anything for you. If your running Windows XP/ something older then its absolutely useless and should just be disabled. | |||
