| This is a touch screen driver. If you do NOT use your touch screen it is safe to de activate. It comes as a part of Windows but is not a system file. It is used to record your touch screen activity and as such can be exploited by keyloggers. The file itself is harmless and uses little CPU resources but since it can be exploited by keyloggers it has a technical rating of 44% dangerous but if you have a virus scan it doesn't represent a danger. | |||
