| I imagine this is a Google software or browser update checker (harmless? maybe!). However, more and more I'm leery of Google"anything" poking around my system (it's damn near spyware)! I'm turning it off for now, and see, and check for updates myself. | |||

| No Google product is safe and private. Keeping all of them off unless you need it is safer than having them active all time. | |||
