| It is not from nVidia thats a fact. It is a file that come fron the Graphics Controller Intel GMA 950. It is needed and provides additional configuration options for the graphics. Does not slow the computer down and is there for a reason, so if you dont want the icon to adjust your configuration for your graphics, then stop the process but in my opinion i would leave it alone because it is needed. | my grapghics controller is made by Intel, not nVidia. the igfxpers.exe application is used by the video portion of the pc and appears to be essential at start-up so i leave it on. i agree with "graham" that once the pc is on, igfxpers.exe does not slow down your pc, therefore it doesn't hurt anything to let it run at start-up. | |||
