| You can right-click on your desk top and access the Graphics Properties so there's no need to start-up this programm, harmless. | |||

| Just to be clear, this is a icon located within the control panel. I know I've seen it after reading these comments. it's easier and faster to just right click your desktop and move to advanced settings, or graphic properties. So in other words, its useless clutter in your control panel if you want it. | |||
