| With it enabled, Itunes starts pretty quickly. Without it, Itunes would only start when an ipod is connected. Manual start did not seem to work. Even with the ipod attached, itunes took forever to start up. Also, I feel opposite of Kirk inasmuch as I resent having to install quicktime every time I download the latest version of Itunes. | |||

| THis is safe and is required for auto start of iTtunes when you connect iPod. In case you disable and connect your iPod instead of iTunes you have folder view ie the iPod displays as external drive. So disable only incase you do not use an iPod for sync music/ games etc | |||
