Keyscrambler can be delayed if it delays startup. It scrambles typed information, so it isn't necessary until you run a program. More information

It should normally stay in Startup. It is the .exe of the KeyScrambler Program. But you can also put in in the 30 sec delayed start, as you would rarely be typing in the first 30 seconds of a boot. It's also a great program that encrypts your keystrokes, so that keylogger programs,etc., can't read them. More information
