| Not needed at startup. This file is associated with a special electronic pen with memory, camera and audio capabilities from Life Scribe which you plug in with a usb cable and everything you have written down or recorded (in the special notebook that is made by the company) is uploaded into the computer and converted into a .pdf file and/or audio.
