| Not dangerous you idiots that SAY IT's dangerous should not even operate a PC in public, this is the MSCONFIG "Microsoft Startup Configurator" It allows modification and access to services, file settings/attributes as well as other things that load at startup/bootup it "CAN" be dangerous but when dealing with these vital aspects of windows operating environment "WHAT Similair program wouldn't be hap-hazardous to have going? It serves this PC Entusiast well and can easily get it it by going to START/ Run and typing MSCONFIG, also when it comes up there is easy access to the LAUNCH SYSTEM RESTORE Module on the title page at bottom as well, FYI for easier access to it... | |||

| To Stan, please do your research before calling other idiots. This MSconfig is a not real. If those of you who do run a computer will know that the real msconfig will not show up in the start-up unless YOU put it there. This is a worm, ans needs to be removed | |||

| if you have made changes using msconfig it will show up as a start up item next time you reboot, so yes it can be a start up item untill you stop it initiating on start up... | |||
