MSM text messaging is only valuable to those who must use it's features. I am not one of them. It uses up bandwidth of any internet connection and calls home often for message updates. I use a program called "Shoot the Messenger" by Gibson Research, Inc. (designers of top notch computer utilities) to turn it off and on as needed and easily (which is once and usually forever).
