| This is for a surveillance program that the owner of the computer opts to put onto the system. Very useful for helping keep children away from sites parents would rather they not see. It is meant to target porn sites and other similar items and presents a log to the administrator of the account as well as blocking access. Stronger than the parental controls of IE or Firefox.
