Found this on 'sysinfo.org'. "ONENOTEM.EXE is a part of the note taking program that ships with Microsoft Office 2007. It's required for the side note windows to work". Since I do not use Office 2007, have disabled. More information

If you have Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, then you should keep it. It enables a user to create a screen clipping after hitting the key combination Windows Key + S and then drawing out what should be clipped with the mouse.
