I had tried avast back in 2018, when I looked at Overseer on my computer it has been updated as the file is from 9/17/2020. I didn't do this. I don't see the need for it and have found a ton of avast crap still on my computer which I'll be clearing.

AVAST being badly sarcastic, had made the small mistake of over-seeing deleting the OVERSEER.EXE program... they continue to allow that program OVERSEER to be hidden in your directory files while using it as an illegal gateway to non-legally spy on you.
