| Associated with Common User Interface module for Intel graphics cards, the startup entry starts automatically from a Run, RunOnce, RunServices, or RunServicesOnce entry in the Registry. C:\Windows\system32\igfxpers.exe ; file location: %System% which is a variable refering to the Windows System folder, that is defaulted C:\Windows\System for Windows 95/98/ME, C:\Winnt\System32 for Windows NT/2000, or C:\Windows\System32 for Windows XP/Vista/7. | |||

| An example of what this does is...if you have a video setting for your desktop but when you ..say..play an online game ...Everquest for example...This program will automatically reset your graphics for the proper setting in game .if you're an online gamer you may want to leave it ..but is ok to delay start. | |||

| This is needed by Intel Graphics software (driver suite). Do not disable. Mostly geared towards laptop Intel graphic chips but can be available on desktop PC's with Intel integrated graphics chips as well. | |||
