It is an adware that uses file explorer in windows 10 which randomly launches the web browser on Windows 10 to show ads and bogus windows defender sites when connected to internet; only when found in the following directory:- C:\Windows\System32\Tasks\PPI Update. Delete it immdiately from this path and even from Registry Editor.
