| Program file is preinstalled (at least in) windows 7. It can be found in Accessories folder in the Start menu -> All programs -> Accessories -> Notes. NOTE THAT HERE IS THE PROGRAM NAMED DIFFERENTLY DEPENDING ON LANGUAGE OF THE WINDOW INSTALLATION. Or you can directly find the program here: C:\\ProgramData\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Accessories | |||
