| Program file is preinstalled (at least in) windows 7. It can be found in Accessories folder in the Start menu -> All programs -> Accessories -> Notes. NOTE THAT HERE IS THE PROGRAM NAMED DIFFERENTLY DEPENDING ON LANGUAGE OF THE WINDOW INSTALLATION.
