Useful for small disks to 160 gigabytes. Not suitable for SSD.

Defragmenting hard disk drives is important so it needs to be done regularly and depending on your defragmentation settings, this will do it regularly.

do it manually. dont allow pc to slow down when woking, we always disable auto.
