| Perfectly safe, but slows startup dramatically, switch it off. Related to ATI Driver software and Catalyst Control Centre. | |||

| You may find switching this off causes unwanted system crashes due to the graphics drivers. I haven't looked into it 100% but I solved my issue by turning it back on. | |||
