StartupCheck.vbs, if found in Windows/System32 folder at least on Windows 10 x64 build 1909, is a trojan downloader that checks if StartupCheckLibrary.dll is present in the same folder. If not, it'll download this trojan and create an autorun task on Windows reboot, disabling and corrupting Windows Defender registry, rendering Windows Defender and Windows Update inoperable. Beware!
