| Not sure why almost half of the users have this rated as 'dangerous' - this is Steam.exe, application for the Steam Games Digital Library and Services. Running it on startup allows fast access to your friends, updates to your games, and daily deals. If you're a gamer, leave it. | |||

| Its just worth it to have it doing its updates and have its other services available. Friends can always contact for games and the games are always 100% up to date and ready to go when I want. | |||
