| SynTPEnh.exe is a part of the Synaptics touchpad drivers. Its purpose is to display a system tray icon and provide options to configure features such as scrolling and tapping zones. This process is not critical to the operation of the system; however, some users may need it for their touchpad to work properly. If you use an IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad laptop, you should keep this process running if your laptop has UltraNav (touchpad and pointing stick). Killing or otherwise disabling it will disable these advanced features. | |||

| I have had trouble with this program. The size of the words on pages get to large or to small to read. the arrow will just take off on its own and go all over the page. I have tried removing the whole system and re-installing it as was suggested by Microsoft people, but that did not work. I even had it cleaned out by Professionals and that did not fix the problem. Any suggestions? | |||
