| Agreed with Admin, There IS a windows file by this name in the windows directory. It's safe and normally acessed by pressing control-alt-delete. You can run it to track memory usage when you are having problems. It's handy to identify what process is making your system crawl, and/or killing those processes. It takes up some memory of it's own to run so you don't normally need it at startup. | |||
