I haven't yet found any information that describes TVT Scheduler Proxy in terms of functionality, potential desirability, etc. Lots of hits on Google, but none that I've seen provide descriptive info. In the meanwhile, still searching.

Its for scheduling system updates if you have a Thinkpad in which case it should be in the folder above any thing else is malware.
