| This is for Elgato. (Video game streaming device.) Recommended that you at least "Delay" its startup. Unless you only use your maching for video game capturing. It is not harmful (in its present state) but it is also not completely needed to launch on Windows Boot. (It doesnt even wait for a user to sign in before it reaches out to web for updates.) Final Verdict: Not Harmful. Relatively Useful. At LEAST delay it for standard users. More information | |||
