| The program is safe. But unless you use it every time when you surf the Internet or act as permanent host this is not required to start up with Windows. Can be started manually from menu Start > Programs > Vidalia Bundle > Vidalia. More information | |||

| this program is understandably unknown, because it is used mainly by people whom want as much anonymity as they can get for the internet, be they people in other contries who need to access content restricted or illegal by their government, news reporters who need to remain anonymous for security reasons, or just paranoid people like myself.. this is the controler program for the tor network, or the onion router network, and is completely trustworthy, and a required program if you use the tor network. | |||
