Windows Firewall Control is a program that 'takes charge' ot the beast that is Windows Firewall. It lets you create in/outbound rules for any .exe file for any program. i.e. allow or block any program through the firewall. It has a 'context' menu that lets you click on any .exe file and allow/block that file through Windows firewall. The program is small and free, but does not tell you that a program is trying to access the internet - it simply blocks it. for a small one-off charge, you can enable 'alerts' that let you know that a prog is attempting to acces the internet, this alllows you to allow or block it. The prog describes the prog that is attempting access. Indispensible.
