| in a way its needed .but not really , this is a backup for a developer to access your computer for repairs ,like AMD ,ATI ,NVIDIA ,INTEL,ASUS M.S made a deal with these companys and allow them to supposedly aide in repairs and updates.but that's not always the case, data bases and RF or sat frequencys can now easily access your computer remotely even when turned off .through a network bios.and a htxml coded script as a background task | |||
