one of the many odd processes by m.s that swap registry files with duplicate fake copys. in order to monitor and control your computer.usaully all problems start with file sharing in the c:/users folder .where trusted installer goes to work taking over programs and separating or using the 000unins for programs they think could take control of our own computer.
