1. Why didn’t I receive the license code?

If you haven’t received the license code, there could be several reasons:

1) Check your Spam folder: Your email settings may have filtered the email containing the license code as spam. Please check your Spam folder to see if it’s there.

2) Verify your email address: Double-check if you provided the correct and valid email address when you placed the software order. An incorrect email address could result in not receiving the license code.

3) Email service provider restrictions: Some email service providers have strict filters that may reject emails from unknown senders. Ensure your email service provider allows emails from Glarysoft or add their email address to your safe senders list.

2. Lost your license?

If you have lost your license code, please visit the Lost License or My Account page to retrieve it. Please ensure that the email address you use to retrieve the license code is the same one you used when you originally ordered the product.

Alternatively, you can email [email protected] and provide your name, email address, and order number (if known). We will be happy to assist you in finding your license code.


3. How to renew my license code

We consistently offer renewal discounts to our customers. Customers can renew their license code from the software by clicking “Buy Now” to avail the renewal discount. You will get a new subscription and a new ONE-YEAR license code by renewing. You need to register the Glarysoft program with your new license code manually.


4. When will I receive my license code after purchasing?

If you purchase using a credit card or PayPal, you will receive your registration and license code information immediately via email. If you use an alternative billing method, you will receive your registration and license code information once payment has been received and cleared. Please note that in some cases, there may be small delays in verifying your credit card details.

5. How long is the valid service time of the license code?

It is a 1-year subscription for up to 3 PCs. The valid service time of the license code is ONE YEAR, and you can use one license code on your 3 PCs. During the one year, you can update any new version free of charge.

Note: Glarysoft File Recovery offers three types of license durations:

One-Week License: Valid seven days a week.

Annual License: Valid for 365 days a year.

Lifetime License: Perpetual validity.


6. What is the refund policy?
