| Took over search function of IE, firefox, and Chrome on my computer. Provided a fake Yahoo search page. The search would take you to pages provided only by them. Very difficult to remove. I got it out of IE easiest followed by Firefox, but have not been able to get it fully out of Chrome | |||

| DefaultTabSearch runs as a service. You can delete the service from your computer. 1) Click on the Windows start button and type CMD and press Enter to open a command prompt. 2) Type the following command and press Enter. sc delete DefaultTabSearch | |||
