| I think this is the online update program that comes with Mobile Partner software, which is the controlling software for HUAWEI USB modem devices. You can safely block this process. I don't see that program getting updated regularly. | |||

| I dont really know shit about comp and processes but ouc.exe is used by cricket wireless internet card when connected...sorry guys thats all i can give you someone with more exp check it out GIVE US INTEL | |||
