| A file needed to stream video/audio via BitTorrent. It is safe to disable. I was going to Task Manager all the time turning it off till I got this program installed. No problem with anything when it's disabled. | |||

| I've always disabled it. Not needed to run bittorrent at all. No download performance issues when disabled. | |||
