| Cisco VPN - required by my company; does an okay job at connection management. Disables some features in network/sharing control panel - must manage access through this tool when installed. | |||

| Due to the unstable nature of this program and compatibility issues with most newer versions of Windows, leave it be, perhaps try a delay start, but do not disable. | |||
