delayplugini.exe is set to be start when the PC boots and any user logs into Windows (added to the Run registry key for the all users under the local machine). The file is digitally signed by Shenzhen Wondershare Information Technology Co. which was issued by the VeriSign certificate authority (CA). This particular version is usually found on Windows 7 Home Premium (6.1.7601.65536).

No clue what it does so as a new rule of thumb that means leave it alone.

Part of wondershare youtube video downloader. I uninstalled that app

Installed wondershare video converter ultimate, thinking it was something else. Then forgot about it. Then my Windows 7pro 64bit 16mb ram computer started running slow. I ran all the AV and Perforamce apps but the problem is still there. I went through start up files and found delayplugini. After research, this is part of wondershare crap, I deleted the program.
