I had this off but as I understand it if you do not want the same IP address all the time so you can be tracked better on the internet you might want to turn this item back on or leave it on. I going to do more research on it and you should to if you here looking. lol

Can I stop or remove dhcpcore.dll? Many non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. dhcpcore.dll is used by 'Windows'. This is an application created by 'Microsoft'. If you no longer use Windows, you can permanently remove this software and thus dhcpcore.dll from your PC. To do this, press the Windows key R at the same time and then type 'appwiz.cpl'. Then find Windows in the list of installed programs and uninstall this application.
