| It seems to be connected to the Simple Start Menu software from the Microsoft Store. Personally, I find it a useful program for simulating a better Start Menu, similar to Windows 7. However, they should have picked a better name for this shortcut because that’s exactly what it is a shortcut to an application. That’s why, when you find it, it appears as an EX E file with a 0 K B value.
