| Very robust free Network monitor with no adds no tricky installs. If you have it in your start up sequence, then you installed it and have opted to have it start with windows in the settings of the program. You can go to the program itself and use the settings to opt out of having it start with windows loading. I keep it running all the time. You can close it by right clicking the quick launch icon and start it again at any time. | |||
