| Handles HD streaming. Not necessary if you have a small display, as you will still receive a quality SD stream without it. You may lose some DVR functionality without it. Definitely delay if you wish, as it serves no purpose until you are online. Leave in startup if you use it, as it does not auto-start; unless, of course, you wish to start it manually each time. | |||
