SECUNIA PSI one of THE MOST ESENTAIL windows patching tools I have found to date...and I need these tools most of all, for viruses seem to be atracted to me as if i were a magnet and they were metal, or vice versa... completely trustworthy, and this is its tray app from which it shows tooltips about your system
