Background task bundled with Toshiba laptops which happily sits in your System Tray gobbling up from 19Mb to 27Mb of memory (with rare laptops having this task use only 5Mb of memory) and whose only role is to occasionally download from the Toshiba website Help Desk documents specific to your laptop when you open it by double-clicking on he icon. Having this program running permanently in the System Tray is paranoia : how often does one run into problems with one's laptop (after it has been optimized with TUT) ? Very rarely is the answer. For this reason there is no point having this task running all the time at every Windows boot-up - if you run into a problem and want to consult what alerts Toshiba may have released specifically about your laptop, then simply open this program from "Start \\ All Programs \\ Toshiba" as and when you need to.
