what's with the parrots? if you see your answer or opinion you don't need to copy and paste, if you need attention get a dog. that said i have "other cases". search gave me 2 results for smss.exe C:\\WINDOWS\\system32 "and" C:\\WINDOWS\\ServicePackFiles\\i386...thanks to those, the others get a clue...now where to go for what to do
