| if you think its good something starts each time you turn your computer on and check for update, keep it. I think I can check for update myself. | |||

| There has been several security updates related to java and if you disable it you will have to check them manually looking to Sun site. Major Java updates will be missed too. There is no reason to disable it. It is plain C and not Java, a tiny program uses 2MB of RAM with zero CPU. Sun better make it auto exit though. More information | |||

| This is the SUN Java updater. I disabled it becouse I want to choose myself when and how to update my java... It's completely safe, but completely unneeded. Do whatever you want. | |||
